SiSo Release v1.15 Is Here — More Power, More AI, More Speed

We’re excited to share a quick overview of some of the most powerful recent updates we have recently pushed to your SiSo platform, all designed to expand the range - and enhance the value - of the tasks you can now perform within the SiSo architecture and to enhance your user experience.

What's New:

Enhanced Pre-Deal and Internal Data Tracking: In this most recent release, we have focused a number of our updates to add some power tools to your internal Master Projects that are automatically created for each of your deals.

These include:

• An AI-Powered Internal Data Room: This is a simple to use ring-fenced VDR that can be used to store internal deal-related documents. Typically now used for:
  
  

  • Background Documents e.g., Teasers and Confidential Information Memoranda;

  • Internal Documents e.g., internal submissions and approvals; and

  • Preliminary DD e.g., diligence materials and internal reports that are commonly shared / prepared as part of your pre-deal diligence.

• To enhance your familiarity with the content of your Internal Data Room, our AI-powered SiSo Copilot automatically generates document summaries of all applicable documents, which are then embedded within the document index (as shown in the below image). No more guessing the content of badly labelled documents!
  

• To add further power to your pre-deal experience, we have now integrated the AI-powered SiSo Copilot to enable you to interrogate documents within your Internal Data Room.
  
  Want to use SiSo Copilot to review an NDA or assess how a CIM aligns with your investment criteria? Be our guests!
  

• Centralize your team’s internal deal updates and notes. We have added a widget to your internal dashboards for each deal that can be used to log time-stamped notes and updates.
• You also have the flexibility to assign specific dates to each entry — including retrospective entries for past events — to maintain a complete historical record (as shown in the below image).
  

• Easily see a snapshot of the latest status updates across your portfolio. We now also surface and centralize each of the latest deal updates and notes within your Pipeline Overview tab, which helps with internal pipeline discussions (as shown in the below image).

Even more power has been channeled into SiSo Diligence. Not to be left out, our flagship due diligence and deal execution platform, SiSo Diligence, has also received more than a superficial glow-up.

Updates include:

• An AI-powered Data Room has been added to each SiSo Diligence sub-project. Each of these includes all of the features of the Internal Data Room (described above), but includes additional functionality purpose-built for live transactions.
• The SiSo Diligence Data Rooms enable secure sharing of diligence materials with external stakeholders while also maintaining full control over document access, visibility, and other user permissions.
• Don’t just export an Executive Summary, also include list the CPs and other associated recommendations. Our Microsoft Word/.docx export feature has been a huge hit. Allowing our users to generate and share bespoke outputs of their diligence data in seconds.
• But we didn’t stop there. We’ve now added the ability to include appendices of your other recommendations, including:

  • Closing conditions / CP checklists

  • Drafting recommendations checklists

  • Action items checklists

Pro tip: Before exporting, remember to select your preferred columns and apply any necessary filters to customize your output.
